Christian Solares is a dedicated attorney focused on providing the best possible service to our clients. He has experience dealing with a variety of matters, including Real estate law, business law, import/export law, immigration law, and family law. He holds a law degree from Northern Illinois University, College of Law (2016), and an MBA from Rockford University (2012). His experience in business and banking is very valuable to our clients who seek advice from an attorney who not only knows the law, but the business implications of each decision made. His lending experience allows him to be an effective and efficient real estate attorney and communicate with lenders and agents to ensure a smooth transaction or negotiation.

Attorney Solares also has several years of experience in export law, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). He always looks forward to providing clients with solid advice and guidance through any legal process of an obstacle. He currently resides in the Rockford area and serves clients in all of Northern Illinois.

Amanda Martinez is a paralegal who survives the long hours spent on every file that crosses her desk and is proud of her job and accomplishments. She has extensive interpersonal service experience and enjoys her interactions with clients, while attentively making herself immediately available to bridge the client’s needs with the attorney’s dedicated services. Born and raised in Illinois, she loves serving her community. Her previous work experience has served to be an asset to the role she plays here at the law firm since she has always held positions with organizations that were community-based. This has shaped her to provide service and perform work tasks with diligence to successfully provide the service people are looking for. Although it helps in many facets of the firm, her main focus is on real estate transactions and cases.

Jeannette Ramos

Paralegal

Jeannette Ramos is a paralegal who works primarily with immigration cases, she is bilingual and has excellent people skills. She is well experienced in servicing the community. Jeannette was born in Chile and came to US in 1976, her father was a political prisoner to whom US extended him and his family a refugee visa. Being an immigrant herself, she knows how difficult it could be to adjust to a new culture; therefore, she advocates for Immigrants, and has big empathy for our clients. In her previous job as the head of the Student Assignment Center she not only managed her team, but worked very close with immigrant families helping with the assignment process, as well as, connecting them with the services needed.     

Jeannette has studies in Psychology and Sociology and holds a degree from CDI in Computer Science (1982) and has a vast experience in many different areas including: Programming, Project Management, Senior Data Analyst, Customized Reports and Quality Control Measures, Developed and Maintained Numerous Software Systems, Manage, Formulate Data and Reports Deposited in Parent’s and Administrator’s Portals Systems. 

Victoria Sanchez

Paralegal

Victoria Sanchez She is one of the firms’ bilingual paralegals with many years of experience in the mortgage industry. From foreclosures, real estate sale, real estate purchase, to retention, she assists the attorneys with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice. Victoria’s expertise lies in communicating with clients and working to meet their goals. She holds a degree in Applied Science which she has used to catapult her into the legal world and hit the ground running.  Prior to joining the team in 2020, Victoria resided in Phoenix, Arizona for 25 years.
